Today's offering showcases this Certified Pre-Owned ladies vermeil Cartier Tank watch. It has an iconic tank case, classic white Roman dial, blackened gold epee hands, sapphire topped crown, and original Cartier Swiss mechanical movement.
Before cost-cutting measures brought about the widespread use of cheaper quartz movements for many wristwatches, Cartier contracted with watch manufacturers to produce mechanical movements designed to last a lifetime. Using traditional watchmaking practices, these gifted craftsmen poured individual attention into each wristwatch.
